Ivan’s takes its name from Ivan Beshoff, the original founder of the company and grandfather of Alan Beshoff, the latest generation of the family to take the helm. “I wanted this link to our roots,” Alan said, “Ivans is the next step in building on the accumulated knowledge of a family tradition. With us, it’s never been just fish. It’s a way of life. We’re bringing that experience and ethos into Ivan’s and Beshoff’s the Market.”
