Here at Beshoffs we use a unique family recipe… a recipe that has been enhanced by some of the greatest “Smokemasters” over the years, all of whom have perfected the art of oak smoked salmon

We take pride in using only the finest Atlantic Salmon.  Each salmon leaves the Smokery fully guaranteed for perfection and, for that important extra touch, the fish will be carefully manicured, the bones removed and the fat and top-skin discarded leaving no waste whatsoever.

An important part of the Beshoffs custom is the way we hand-mount the traditional “Old Smokery” label on each salmon, which means that only the finest prime oak and beech wood are used in the smokery. We also include a personal message from the smokemaster explaining how much time each salmon spends in the smokehouse.

Your fish will then be carefully hand-sliced and vacuum-packed in our special temperature controlled protective packaging. This keeps it a consistently regulated temperature, making it the perfect gift, which can be sent anywhere in the world!

Rest of World - 72 hours

Please Note: We cannot deliver to Australia or New Zealand. We deliver to most countries worldwide, but shipments to some countries can prove difficult due to customs regulations and remoteness of areas. We have experienced problems with deliveries to USA and Canada, so shipments to these areas would be at the customer’s own risk.
